It’s a Chrome extension for University of Waterloo students. It reads your deadlines from Learn while you’re logged in, so you don’t have to make an account or type in your password.

When a date changes on Learn, WATnow crosses out the old one in red and moves the assignment to the week it’s due now, even if you missed the prof’s announcement.
The first scan counts the deadlines in each course.
The first time you open it, it goes through every course you have on Learn and shows how many deadlines it found in each one. If a number looks low, open that course on Learn and check. You don’t upload course outlines or type any dates in.
Pick when you hear about each kind of item.
You can set different reminder times for assignments, labs, quizzes and discussions, from two days before down to two hours before. Each reminder says which course and which assignment it’s for.
Once Learn shows you submitted something, you stop getting reminders for it. Reminders don’t go off between 11 pm and 8 am. If one was supposed to go off overnight, you get it at 10:30 pm the night before.
They show up as Chrome notifications on your laptop, and you can change the quiet hours in settings.
It never sees your Learn password.
WATnow reads your deadlines from Learn while you’re logged in on your browser.
Everything it reads stays on your laptop and never gets sent to a server. To wipe it, hit Delete my data in settings.
